Emergency Access Filing

The emergency e-filing will ONLY be accepted if the Court’s e-filing system is down. Please make sure you have tried the following links to resolve your account access issues:

Louisiana Supreme Court E-Filing allows counsel to electronically file documents with the Louisiana Supreme Court. Please review the E-Filing User Manual on the FAQ page and Rule XLII on the Filing Rules page before becoming a Registered User. Once your registration is accepted by the Louisiana Supreme Court and you have agreed to the terms and conditions of use, you may electronically file documents.

Only members in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar Association are eligible to become registered users of E-Filing at this time.

We recommend downloading the newest version of your preferred browser for the best experience. LASC e-filing supports the following browsers: Chrome 18 or later, Firefox 24 or later, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11.
